  • IdentifiedUTC

British Columbia has adopted permanent daylight time: clocks will not fall back on November 1 and the province will now stay at UTC-7 year-round, while the rest of the Pacific time zone moved to UTC-8. As a result, users whose computer or browser is set to the Vancouver time zone may see "Share Availability" slots shifted one hour later for dates on or after Nov 1. This can trigger the error “Please select at least one availability time slot,” or save slots an hour late.

We’ve identified the cause and expect to release a fix next week.

Workaround: Temporarily set your computer’s time zone to Arizona (UTC-7 year-round) while inserting availability, or only offer slots where the following hour is also free. We don’t recommend disabling “Prevent double bookings,” as invitees will see incorrect times.
