On March 11th, at ~8 PM UTC \(1 PM PDT\), we began experiencing delays in emails sent through Gmail due to server congestion. The issue was resolved at ~9:05 PM UTC \(2:05 PM PDT\) after we addressed the server constraints. While there were delays in email delivery, all emails were successfully sent, as confirmed by checking the sent folder. This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

When sending through Gmail, a workaround is to disable the Mixmax Chrome extension until this issue is resolved. For Outlook, there is an option to not send with Mixmax.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.
