    Between 6:38 PM and 10:50 PM UTC on September 20, 2021, Salesforce incremental syncs of >200 records for users not using our real-time package were delayed. The syncs have now caught up, but Mixmax rules triggered by Salesforce events did not fire during this time for affected users.
